What we collect

When you apply through our Get Started form we collect the details you choose to give us:

Your name, email address, phone number and state of residence.
Your age range. If you are 16 or 17 we also ask for a parent or guardian’s name and contact details and their consent.
The skills you want to learn, your current level, experience, interests and goals.
Your learning preferences, available time, and device and internet access.
Any comments you add, and the date you accepted this notice.

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message. We do not ask for sensitive personal information.

How we use it

To review your application and contact you about the programme.
To understand what skills young people want, so we can plan what to offer.
To reply to your enquiries.
To send programme updates only if you ticked the box to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who can see it

Applications and messages are visible only to authorised Trustesse Foundry administrators. We do not sell your information. We use email and hosting providers to run the website, and they process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact records for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer for a stated reason.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to communications. Email us at hello@trustessefoundry.org.
